Introduction
The DEN is a restaurant that won the most attention of the students and professors in the Thompson Rivers University. This video shows the result of my interview and some beautiful footages inside The DEN. In this video there is a delicious Deluxe Chicken Quesadilla.

The Script
Me – Hello today I’m with Vishmi and I’m going to interview her and so, hi how are you?
Vishmi – I’m good how are you?
Me – Good!
Me – So, what are you do in DEN?
Vishmi – I work as a server at The DEN So, basically, I serve food and take payments yeah!
Me – So, how was The DEN like before this pandemic?
Vishmi – Before pandemic, we didn’t have to check vaccine passport all like social distancing and everything wasn’t a thing. So, like before then you can go on between tables and everything because of the pandemic we must check vaccine passport and you are not supposed to mingle with other people.
Me – So, as a worker what kind of experience did you gain from The DEN so far?
Vishmi – as a server, I learn how to understand people and understand what they want and everything because some people have diabetes restrictions so, we must learn how to accommodate those people and, I learned how to work fast place environment and how to not to be stressed out and work.
Me – As a worker, what is your favorite dish and beverage you prefer?
Vishmi – Chicken deluxe quesadilla and for a drink I will go for a blue Hawaiian which is like made of raspberry liquor Malebo
Me – What do think the difference after pandemic?
Vishmi – So, we are like slowly going back to the days before COVID but like still must keep an eye on sanitization and cleaning everything other than that there is not a big difference.
